I have been looking into club gilets. Impsport have been useless so I have looked elsewhere. Scimitar sports have been very communicative and sent out 2 samples which I received the next day. I will bring these along to the next Tuesday club night and Sunday rides. The sizes I have are S (fits Mike and Keith) and XL (fits Duncan).

The proposed gilet that I will be ordering is windproof and marginally water resistant. It has a mesh panel at the back and comes with a large zipped pocket in the back. The blurb on the website is slightly incorrect in that there are only man sizes (see photo for size guide) and no option of the type of zip!

Please let me know if you are interested in one. The retail price is £40, but the committee has agreed to subsidise them by £10.
